Delete Your Account
You can delete your Repz account at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.
1. Delete via the Repz App (recommended)
The easiest way to delete your account is directly inside the app:
- Open the Repz app.
- Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation or profile icon).
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Your account and all training data are deleted immediately once you confirm.
Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your Repz account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel it first, or billing will continue.
- App Store (iPhone / iPad): Open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Repz, then tap Cancel Subscription. Or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Google Play (Android): Open Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Repz, then tap Cancel Subscription. Or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Web / Stripe: Contact us at support@repz.app and we will cancel the subscription and delete your account for you.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once deletion is complete.
3. What Data Is Deleted?
- Your account credentials and login information
- All training plans, workout history, and set logs
- Training preferences, equipment settings, and personal details
- Subscription entitlement records linked to your account
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We do not retain personal data beyond what is required by applicable law or our payment processor's records.
