The dumbbell skullcrusher targets all three tricep heads through a full range of motion, building the lockout strength HYROX athletes need for sled pushes and wall balls.

Definition

This is a resistance-training movement. Joint positions, range, tempo and load change the task, and several muscles contribute; the movement does not isolate one muscle.
