The hanging leg raise is an advanced core exercise raising straight legs from a bar hang, building the ab and hip-flexor strength HYROX demands.

Definition

This is a resistance-training movement. Joint positions, range, tempo and load change the task, and several muscles contribute; the movement does not isolate one muscle.
