Personal Record

A personal record is an athlete’s fastest verified performance for a clearly defined event, division, distance or task under stated conditions.
Defining a record
A record needs a metric, scope and source: for example official overall HYROX® time in one division, a station split, or a training benchmark. Compare like with like. Different divisions, penalties, altered tasks, course conditions, manual timing or training tests can make two numbers non-equivalent.

HYROX® results
Official HYROX® results rank racers by time within event and division and may be amended for up to 48 hours after an event. Use the final official result and record division, event, date and any status or penalty. A faster result can be a valid personal record without proving a fixed fitness gain, and prior improvement does not guarantee the next result.
