HYROX designates Friday, 23 October 2026 as a women-only race day. The organiser says this also applies to spectators, so take the restriction into account when planning who will attend.

01 / The venue
ADNEC’s column-free exhibition halls can be joined using movable walls and extended into the concourse. The ICC is listed with a different ceiling height from the numbered halls.
ADNEC has several event areas. Its visitor guidance distinguishes the ICC and access near the Aloft hotel; use the current HYROX plan to choose your entrance.
The city
Qasr Al Hosn traces Abu Dhabi’s growth from a fishing and pearling settlement into the city of today. The historic complex includes an inner fort and a later palace. On the same site, the House of Artisans focuses on crafts such as palm-leaf weaving and embroidery.

During the event weekend, the organiser allows check-in only on your own race day. Separately announced early registration is a different arrangement.
The event page says registration opens 90 minutes before the first wave of your division. That does not necessarily mean 90 minutes before your individual start time.
