The city tourism page names Malecón Tajamar on Avenida Rambla Fonatur as the venue. This identifies a specific site but not a permanent exhibition hall. That location listing does not confirm a particular roof or air-conditioning arrangement.

The city
Parque de las Palapas began as a central city park in 1974. Mexican snack stalls, crafts and a stage give a visit a focus beyond the race. Families can find play areas; for live music or performances, check the municipal cultural institute’s current programme.
