Use the live official race finder

Event calendars change. Use HYROX®’s live Find My Race page and filter by continent, region/country and city. It currently lists dated events and events whose date is still to come. Do not rely on a static 2025 city list, “40 countries,” “150+ weekends” or a claim that a particular city is available; verify the event you intend to enter on the live page.

Check the event page before buying

Open the individual official event page before purchase. Confirm date range, venue, available division, sale status, ticket terms and event-specific information. Final start times and athlete information can be published closer to the event, so recheck the page and your account/email. Transfer, name-change and division rules can differ by event or season; the original article’s universal deadlines and sell-out windows are not reliable.

Find nearby training options

Use the official Training Club finder’s map and radius search for listed facilities. A listing identifies a club in the official finder; it does not prove every item is always available or that training there produces a stated performance advantage. Contact the facility about sled space, machines, classes, access and drop-in terms. A non-listed gym can still support training if it has suitable equipment and safe space.

Know the current race tasks

Singles currently consists of eight designated 1 km runs alternating with SkiErg 1,000 m, Sled Push 50 m, Sled Pull 50 m, Burpee Broad Jumps 80 m, Row 1,000 m, Farmers Carry 200 m, Sandbag Lunges 100 m and 100 Wall Balls. Loads vary by division. Use the current rulebook rather than an old athlete guide or generic gym checklist.

Plan travel and preparation

Choose an event by total trip cost, travel reliability, accommodation, climate and time available, not by unsupported claims about “fast” venues. Preparation length depends on current fitness, skill, health and schedule; 12 weeks is not a universal minimum or guarantee. Follow the event page for check-in and arrival instructions rather than assuming one global timetable.
