Body Composition

Body Composition — The ratio of fat mass to lean mass (muscle, bone, water) in the body. For HYROX®, optimizing body composition—more muscle, less excess fat—improves power-to-weight ratio.
Definition
This is a resistance-training movement. Joint positions, range, tempo and load change the task, and several muscles contribute; the movement does not isolate one muscle.
