Good HYROX® Times

A good HYROX time is context-dependent. Compare an official result within the same event, division and category rather than using one universal cutoff.
How to interpret a time
HYROX® records an overall time that includes running, workout stations and transitions. Comparisons change with division, category, age group, course conditions and event field. A time can be personally meaningful without meeting an invented “good” threshold. Use the official result and verify that the compared entries use the same race format.

Useful benchmarks
Official event rankings provide the appropriate source for placing a result within that event and division. Historical results can inform a goal, but they do not guarantee a future placing or justify universal percentile tables without a defined dataset and method. Set targets from your own verified splits, current training and comparable official results; do not infer exact station prescriptions from finish time alone.
