The inchworm is a full-body warm-up exercise combining hamstring stretch, core engagement, and shoulder stabilization for HYROX training preparation.

Definition

This is a resistance-training movement. Joint positions, range, tempo and load change the task, and several muscles contribute; the movement does not isolate one muscle.
