HYROX Frankfurt: The venue
Hall 3’s upper level is column-free and has large glazed façades. The operator lists ceiling heights of up to 15 metres there. The HYROX designation 3.1 refers to this upper level; 3.0 is a different floor.
Messe Frankfurt comprises several halls and levels. HYROX specifically lists Hall 3.1. Save that detail for your arrival; “Messe Frankfurt” alone is too broad as an on-site meeting point.
The city
Frankfurt
Frankfurt’s old town also tells a story of reconstruction: many buildings around Römerberg were rebuilt after the destruction of 1944. The town hall, Fountain of Justice and half-timbered Ostzeile make the square a starting point for exploring during your HYROX Frankfurt weekend.

The Kathletics author found her first women’s doubles motivating and loud. Her partner lived abroad, so they rehearsed transitions together after arriving. She felt prepared for the running, while the stations remained challenging.
