01 / The venue
AMBEREXPO uses sliding walls to divide its halls, with individual foyers serving the spaces. The operator also identifies lifts and stairs to the conference centre. Its site plan helps distinguish exhibition floors from conference areas.
AMBEREXPO is near Polsat Plus Arena. The venue lists tram 7 on weekdays, tram 10 daily and bus 158. Check the service for your actual race day.
The city
Neptune’s Fountain, Artus Court and the Town Hall stand together on Długi Targ. Meet at the fountain after HYROX Gdańsk and take time to look at the façades around the square.

During the event weekend, the organiser allows check-in only on your own race day. Separately announced early registration is a different arrangement.
The event page says registration opens 90 minutes before the first wave of your division. That does not necessarily mean 90 minutes before your individual start time.
