What the Pro result represents
The current HYROX® Singles rulebook defines the Pro divisions, loads, distances and movement standards. Pro changes specified station loads; it does not create a separate higher box for Burpee Broad Jumps. A finish time belongs to the exact division and rules used at that event.
Why the old tables were removed
The captured tables labelled records, averages, medians, percentiles and station splits did not identify a result export, included events, season, filters or calculation. They were not reproducible. The claimed 18–20-minute Open gap, transition losses, experience gains and seasonal trend were also unsupported.
How to calculate a usable benchmark
Choose official results for named events and one Pro gender division. State how DNS, DNF, disqualifications and penalties are handled; record the retrieval date and team count; then calculate the mean and median. Do not transfer a percentile from that sample to the global field.
Qualification is not a fixed finish-time cutoff
For the 2027 World Championships, the official 26/27 process allocates age-group places by ranking at qualifying events and uses an invitation and roll-down process. It does not set the universal sub-65/sub-70 cutoffs claimed in the original. Elite Series qualification now uses the official points leaderboard, eligible licensed results and a rolling 365-day window.
Exercise selection and training load should reflect the athlete, the current standards and available recovery. The official sources do not prescribe weekly Pro sled practice, two weak-station sessions, four-by-two-kilometre intervals, three to four races per season or a universal readiness time.
Product context
The Pro division represents the top tier of HYROX® competition below the Elite 15 invitational. Average Pro times have dropped roughly 3-4 minutes per season as training methods improve and the athlete pool deepens. A sub-65 Pro finish places you in the top 15% globally. Track your Pro splits against the field with Repz and identify which stations offer the biggest time gains.
Questions
What is the average HYROX® Pro time?
No single number applies without a defined result set. State the season, events, gender division, filters, sample size and date.
Does one finish time qualify everyone for Worlds?
No. The current age-group process awards event places and uses invitations and roll-downs; it is not a universal time cutoff.
How should Pro times be compared?
Compare the same division and rule set within a named official result sample, with the calculation and exclusions stated.
