A male HYROX® average is the arithmetic mean of a defined set of classified men’s results, not one timeless number across Open, Pro and age groups.
Current categories
The current HYROX® Singles rulebook defines men’s divisions, age groups, loads and ranking. The official format page describes eight 1 km runs and eight workout stations. Open and Pro results must be reported separately.
Limits of the old data
The captured record, average, median, percentile, age-group and station tables had no source export, included events, status filters, sample size or calculation date. Their numbers were therefore not reproducible. A study of 22 male participants cannot establish worldwide male percentiles or age-group distributions.
Calculation
For a usable benchmark, select official results from named events, one men’s division and a declared season. Define DNS, DNF, disqualifications and penalties; report the count and retrieval date; then calculate mean, median and any percentile using a stated method.
Training context
Body mass, running, stations, transitions and prior experience can relate to an individual result, but the page did not support fixed 8–12-minute, 2–3-minute or body-type effects. Weekly kilometres, sled frequency and interval work require individual programming.

Product context
The average HYROX® time for men sits around 90 minutes in Open and 70 minutes in Pro. These averages have been trending downward as the sport matures and training resources improve. Finishing under 75 minutes places an Open male athlete in the top 20%, while breaking 60 minutes puts you in elite territory. Compare your times against the full male field with Repz.
Questions
What is the average HYROX® time for men?
There is no source-independent figure. A valid average states season, events, men’s division, filters, sample size and date.
Should Open and Pro men be averaged together?
No for a division benchmark. They use different category standards and should be reported separately.
Are the old age-group percentiles verified?
No. The captured tables had no reproducible result source or calculation and were removed from the editorial draft.
