HYROX Doubles weights: all five category loads

The five Doubles categories
All figures below apply to the standard 2026/27 Doubles format. Sled masses include the sled. The carry uses two kettlebells, each of the stated weight.
| Category | Sled push | Sled pull | Farmers carry | Sandbag | Wall ball |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Women | 102 kg | 78 kg | 2 × 16 kg | 10 kg | 4 kg |
| Women Pro | 152 kg | 103 kg | 2 × 24 kg | 20 kg | 6 kg |
| Men | 152 kg | 103 kg | 2 × 24 kg | 20 kg | 6 kg |
| Men Pro | 202 kg | 153 kg | 2 × 32 kg | 30 kg | 9 kg |
| Mixed | 152 kg | 103 kg | 2 × 24 kg | 20 kg | 6 kg |
The women's wall ball target is 2.70 m and the men's is 3.00 m. In Mixed, the ball remains 6 kg for both partners; the target changes according to the working athlete. There is no switch to a 4 kg ball for the woman.
Shared station totals
In order, the team completes 1,000 m SkiErg, 50 m sled push, 50 m sled pull, 80 m burpee broad jumps, 1,000 m rowing, 200 m farmers carry, 100 m sandbag lunges and 100 valid wall balls. Each sled station is four 12.5 m lengths.
These are team totals, not totals per partner. Both athletes still complete every run together: the designated running distance is 8,000 m for each racer. One partner does not run ahead while the other works at a station.
Sharing work does not halve the load
Partners may switch the working athlete within a station, following its transition and positioning rules. There is no fixed requirement to alternate four whole stations each, nor to split every station exactly in half. The prescribed equipment load stays the same at each changeover.
For example, a team could divide a 1,000 m row into portions totalling 1,000 m. The chosen portions are a strategy, not an extra distance requirement. Practise an agreed signal and the legal transition, rather than assuming any handover is permitted.
Check the category before training
Same-sex Doubles loads match the corresponding standard Singles category; Mixed must be read from its own row. Use the actual team category when planning practice, including the ball target for each partner. Relay, Adaptive and Elite have additional or separate rules and are outside this table's scope.

Questions
Do Mixed partners use different sled weights?
No. Both use a 152 kg push sled and a 103 kg pull sled, including each sled's mass.
Are 100 wall balls required from each partner?
No. The team completes 100 valid wall balls in total.
Can we share work within a station?
Yes. Follow the station-specific changeover rules while one partner works at a time; both complete the runs together.
