HYROX weights depend on the division and race format. The table below covers the four standard Singles divisions in 2026/27. Sled figures include the sled; farmers carry figures give the weight of each of two kettlebells.

All eight Singles stations

Station Women Open Women Pro Men Open Men Pro
1. SkiErg 1,000 m 1,000 m 1,000 m 1,000 m
2. Sled push 102 kg / 50 m 152 kg / 50 m 152 kg / 50 m 202 kg / 50 m

Each station follows a running segment, for 8,000 m of designated running in total. Sled push and pull each use four 12.5 m lengths. Distances and wall-ball repetition counts do not increase from Open to Pro in this table; the external loads do.

How to read the loads

For a 152 kg sled total, account for the sled's own mass before adding plates. For two 24 kg kettlebells, the load is 24 kg in each hand, not 24 kg divided between the hands. A 20 kg lunge entry refers to the sandbag. Target height is a separate wall-ball requirement, not a ball specification.

SkiErg and rowing are ergometer distances rather than listed kilogram loads. Their damper settings are not additional weights to add to the table. Burpee broad jumps cover 80 m without an external load in standard Singles.

Match Doubles by team division

Doubles Women uses the Women Open load column. Doubles Women Pro, Men and Mixed use the Women Pro/Men Open loads. Doubles Men Pro uses the Men Pro loads. Female racers use a 2.70 m wall-ball target and male racers 3.00 m, including Mixed partners using the same 6 kg ball.

Partners share each station's total work while both run all eight segments together. They do not each complete an entire Singles station total, and there is no requirement to assign four whole stations to each partner. Relay and Adaptive have separate rulebooks and are not included in this chart.

Keep selection rules separate from weight standards

Elite selection is a separate process; the 2026/27 rulebook sets out a points and licence framework. Do not interpret this chart as an Elite invitation or an absolute qualifying-time table. See qualification time.

For practice, record the actual load, equipment and distance. Different training conditions do not automatically predict the same race time. See the women's weight guide.

Questions

Do sled weights include the sled itself?

Yes. The listed push and pull weights are totals including the sled.

Do Women Open complete fewer wall balls?

No. All four standard Singles divisions complete 100 valid repetitions in 2026/27.

What loads does Mixed Doubles use?

152 kg push, 103 kg pull, two 24 kg kettlebells, 20 kg sandbag and 6 kg wall ball. The team shares the station totals.
