What is fixed

The current Singles format alternates eight 1 km runs with eight workout stations in the prescribed order. Timing, penalties and movement standards follow the current rulebook. Official event communications provide the city, date, check-in and start information.

What varies by venue

Course layout, number of laps making up 1 km, Roxzone arrangement, spectator access, floor friction, temperature and available facilities can differ. The rulebook explicitly allows course and Roxzone design changes and recognises that venue or environmental conditions can affect performance. Check the athlete guide and organiser updates for the booked event rather than relying on a generic map or arrival-time rule.
